Residential conveyancing is the legal process by which houses and flats are transferred. Usually this is on the occasion of purchases and sales and often includes the legal processes connected with raising money on mortgage.

House property can also be transferred by way of gift in connection with intended forward planning ahead but this is not at all straightforward and we can provide you with specialist advice.
